Preparation for the third round of the series was done well in advance with just shocks to be done the days before. Sadly things within my family haven’t gone my way so, I was up against it.

Luckily the car was ready, the track was a weird one, but not being there to help setup means my say is kinda redundant

To the racing practice I had good pace. The car had corner speed but a little less front end then others. But I could pump the laps through

Q1 I was on for tq but made a mistake and got a body tuck. Due to it being ftq it moved me down the order

Q2 Took me a few laps to get on the back of the leading car. I made one change to the car which was to go back to kit caster. Making the car longer so I could carry corner speed. The car felt good though

Q3 Another tq run and my best of the day the car felt on fire it was that good.

Q4 A good run with no mistakes, just catching tape at times taking me out of the rhythm.

The final was down quite early, as the chasing pack battled against themselves and had small issues with the tape.

I didn’t make many changes to the car but I’m sure where I go with the car. It has good corner speed, but not lots of intial at times. Finding the balance is hard. Many think that because I’m winning a the club, all is well but I’m never satisfied. I’ll keep plugging away!!
