It’s been nearly five weeks since my last post here. A lot has happened or so it seems.

Since the last meeting where I sealed the championship, I’ve stripped my car after that not much. It’s going to be nearly two months until I use my touring car again so I was in no rush.

Also I’m now racing on a budget so any big spends I have to think twice about. My car needs a few bits and pieces. I’m on so much of a budget that I’m asking people for bodyshells they may use for practice. As maybe not good for someone else but me yeah. Thought I had some coming but sadly the post has lost them it may seem.

Family life has got in the way. Working all day, you just wanna rest all night. And that’s my life currently.

Our club at Louth is going through a changing time. Tyres are the big question, our tyres are cheapest of the range and have worked well. But accusations of cheating and poor quality means that it’s an issue. Our chairman after our club day test was happy with contacts, tbh so was I. But we need to ensure that all racers are. So it keeps rumbling on.

I’m back racing in about a month but with the battcave joker which is in the class with the mardaves and kamtecs

Should be a smooth day, I hope. Minor changes last year meant I was able to dominate the kamtec and mardave class with just some clean driver

So that’s it right now. I wanna race but don’t have lots of time or money to make that happen. But I’ll do my best through the summer at Louth, and maybe the odd extra event
