So I finally have found time to sit down and write down my feelings about the latest round of the silly goat championship at the Louth club

My car was prepped in good time and needed minor fettling. My car felt good, I made a couple of minor changes. First was to have more rear droop due to Louths grip. I also went to a harder front spring as I felt the front diving over and collapsing. I also had to change servo again, due to my latest not centring and causing havoc

I only raced in the touring class, due to the heat and my dad being away, two classes is just too much hassle. The car was mega a and I have ideas to take away for the next time I race.

I was able to take home the tq in four rounds. The finals was a simple affair for once, thanks to 2nd place having an issue on the warm up lap. So I could take the first corner easy, put in the laps then chill. 2nd was fast and closing but it was significant. My car was mega and my package felt super smooth too. Few things to try when I best get to race away which should be at newark as I’m on a week off
